Live Broadcasting from Red Rocks
Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a rock structure near Morrison, Colorado, 10 miles (16 km) west of Denver, where concerts are given in the open-air amphitheatre. There is a large, tilted, disc-shaped rock behind the stage, a huge vertical rock angled outwards from stage right, several large outcrops angled outwards from stage left and a seating area for up to 9,525 people in between. At its height, the amphitheatre sits at 6,450 feet, and the surrounding Red Rocks Park covers 868 acres. The amphitheater is owned and operated by the City and County of Denver, Colorado and is located in Red Rocks Park, part of the Denver Mountain Parks system.
Our first Red Rocks Live Stream. This one takes the cake for top achievements of the Top Level team. This was Nick Bogannam's first Red Rocks show and we were given the ultimate experience of working at Red Rocks Amphitheater from delicious tacos in catering all the way to setting up at front of house through the famous tunnel where every band that's ever played at Red Rocks signs the wall. As we stood, we watched at The Laser Shark and Tucker Wilde run the lights and kept a close eye on the stream as the show progressed from one exciting moment to the next. This one had reached over 11k unique viewers over the internet! That's more than the amount of seats at Red Rocks!
Twiddle has been a long time favorite of Nick's because of their presence in the north east where their popularity grew with a quick start. When we told them that we had recently did the Sunsquabi live stream, they were reluctant to have us on the team to broadcast them live from Red Rocks Amphitheater. Twiddle is a special band because they attract extremely dedicated followers akin to The Grateful Dead, Phish, and Widespread Panic. The live stream was booming with chatter across social media and gained over 34k viewers!
